North Valley Hospital Foundation
The mission of the North Valley Foundation is to enhance medical care in the North Okanogan County through donations and gifts.
North Valley Hospital Foundation was established for the purpose of promoting quality healthcare in the North Valley Hospital District.
North Valley Hospital is the only acute care hospital in North Okanogan County that is designed to meet the healthcare needs of our community residents.
Given the increasing costs of providing healthcare, coupled with reimbursement shortfalls from Medicare and Medicaid, it is difficult to provide the necessary program enhancements and service improvements required to continue the quality of healthcare in north Okanogan County.
Because of this, the hospital district needs the help of the communities, through the Foundation, in order to improve healthcare and build trust.
The Foundation solicits, receives and administers the financial resources necessary to maintain the high quality of both healthcare and personalized patient care at North Valley Hospital. The Foundation’s activities are solely for the benefit of North Valley Hospital District and the communities it serves.
The Foundation supports the following facilities and their activities:
North Valley Hospital
-Assists with community education on Hospital District Activities
North Valley Assisted Living
-Assists with activities budget so residents can explore their local communities
North Valley Extended Care
-Purchasing low beds that are required for resident safety
-Purchasing mechanical lifts that are needed for safe resident transfers
-Providing educational scholarships to community members who choose to go into the healthcare field

Tax Benefits By Gifting
Contributions and donations to the Foundation helps ensure the continuation of the excellent healthcare we have come to expect in the North Valley area.
The Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. All gifting is tax deductible.
