I would like to personally welcome you to the North Valley Hospital website.  We might be a small facility, but we have great things happening here.  Our focus is “Growing Healthcare Close to Home” and to that end, we are continually evaluating our services for improvements and additional services to meet the communities ever changing needs.

At North Valley we value service as well as skill, and each employee works to provide exceedingly high service to patients, family, and visitors.  Below you can see our Culture Map that outlines the expectations for service.  Each and every employee has attended a 3 hour class on why customer service is so important at North Valley, and the accountabilities they all share in that culture.

We are currently remodeling our 2^nd floor to better accommodate the Tonasket Family Medical Clinic and provide more space for our visiting specialists.  After that is completed we will begin the remodel of the 1^st floor in the older area of the hospital, which will contain a gift shop run by our Guild, Radiology (x-ray), CT Scans, Ultrasound, and the Laboratory.

In order to continue our growth and serve our communities, we are in extreme need of more surgical and rehabilitation space.  As we look forward to 2012, we are planning the completion of the basement of the new addition.  The basement holds enough space for new surgical suites and an expansion of our Rehabilitation Services (physical and occupational therapy).
