Job Title: Family Practice Physician

Description:

Exciting Family Practice Opportunity at VA/FP Clinic in Beautiful Tonasket, WA. Join a hospital employed group of 3 Family Medicine providers, and 1 general surgeon. Traditional IP/OP setting with our without OB. Mon thru Fri practice, with half day Saturday walk-in clinic which will be 1:3 weeks rotation. Office is equipped with electronic medical records, and is located inside North Valley Hospital. Inpatient volume is minimal, so we don’t utilize hospitalists. The physician would be responsible for admitting/rounding on their own in-patients. Provider would be asked to primarily see veteran patients, and walk-in civilian patients.  The hospital is a newly built 18,000 sq. ft. facility, which includes a new ER, 3 labor/delivery/recovery suites, and is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital. Provider must be Board Certified/Board Eligible, Washington licensed, have a passion for working with veterans, and be able to see 16-20 patients a day. Compensation based upon training & experience, malpractice, health, 6 weeks vacation, and loan repayment program. Tonasket is the best kept secret of Washington, nestled in a valley of mountains and along the Okanogan River. It’s a town that is charming with a unique blend of culture, arts, and agriculture. Located in North Central Washington, 120 miles Northwest of Spokane, and 145 miles Northeast of Seattle. Job Title: OB Coordinator

Description:

Administers, directs and co-ordinates activities of patient care within the Obstetrical area and is responsible for the recommendation, development and implementation of policies and procedures in these areas, informing the Nurse Manager of both the progress and potential problems.Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery. 

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in healthcare management including administrative duties, graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN or commensurate experience preferred. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington, three (3) to Five (5) years of recent OB experience, including one (1) year or more supervisory or management experience preferred, and Certification in BLS, NRP and recent fetal monitoring training and experience.
