North Valley Extended Care is a 42 bed, Medicare-certified skilled nursing care facility. North Valley is dedicated to offering the highest quality care, in a clean and comforting environment. We also provide our residents with a wide array of clinical services, as well as comprehensive rehabilitation services. We are known for our superior care; and, we are committed to continuously improving the quality of life for our residents. At North Valley Extended Care, our staff becomes our residents’ extended “family”.
