Assisted Living:
North Valley Assisted Living consists of thirty handicap
accessible apartments, including studio-sized apartments,
several with an attached outside deck.
Apartments are partially furnished so that you may bring
in your own furnishings and accessories to make it a home.

Some of the many conveniences offered at the Assisted Living include preparation of meals, free laundry, house keeping services, as well as free cable television and high speed internet access.
The Assisted Living is conveniently located downtown beautiful Tonasket, and on the North Valley Hospital campus. It's nice as a resident to not have to travel to see your doctor or get an x-ray, you're able to simply walk across our small campus to your appointment.
Twenty-four hour assistance is provided by our professional staff, including help with daily activities and medication assistance.

Extended Care
North Valley Extended Care is a 58 bed, Medicare-certified skilled nursing care facility. North Valley is dedicated to offering the highest quality care, in a clean and comforting environment. We also provide our residents with a wide array of clinical services, as well as comprehensive rehabilitation services.
We are known for our superior care, and we are committed to continuously improving the quality of life for our residents. At our extended care facility, our staff becomes our residents extended “family”.
