 Our surgeon, Dr. Donald Sebesta, is a board certified general surgeon and can perform general surgery on almost any area of the body. A general surgeon is a physician who performs surgery, and provides pre operative, operative, and post operative care. Dr. Sebesta has over forty years of experience, and is excited to be working with our hospital. He is accompanied by a very experienced surgical team, who are passionate about providing quality healthcare to our customers. Our CRNA's have a wealth of experience, and provide excellent aesthesia services as well.

Foot & Ankle Surgeon

John Horlebein, DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Horlebein specializes in Diabetic Wound Care, Custom Orthotics, Sports Medicine, Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Surgery, and Foot & Ankle Fractures.

He's available weekly by appointments, as well as on-call for foot & ankle emergencies.

Pain Clinic

We have CRNA's (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists) who provide Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI) for pain management. The steroid injection reduces inflammation and swelling of the nerves in epidural space. This may in turn reduce pain, tingling, and numbness and other symptoms caused by nerve inflammation/irritation or swelling.
