Job Title: Mid-level Surgery Specialty (PA or ARNP)

Position Information: Full Time

Qualifications: 

  • Surgical Experience in Orthopedics Preferred

  • Currently licensed in Washington state as a PA or ARNP.

Description:

Supports Orthopedic Surgeon in procedures, consults, and pre/post op clinic visits. Position to be shared between Tonasket and Brewster locations and travel between the hospitals will be required.   


Nursing


Job Title: UR/DP/swing bed Assist

Position Information: 1 FT M-F

Qualifications:

  • Five years experience in health care

  • Current Washington State RN certification

  • Knowledgeable about quality improvement and risk management processes and methodology

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare field preferred

  • Minimum of one to three years experience in clinical quality, utilization management, case management, nursing, coding or a related field.

  • Computer skills including Windows, excel, power point and word.

Description:

CQI Manager- Responsible for all Continuous Quality Improvement activities for the organization; provides insightful analysis and leadership to all levels of management. Participates in performance improvement plans related to quality. Under minimal direction, the Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist will provide active concurrent/retrospective review, provide feedback, and educate clinical care providers to improve the documentation of all conditions, treatments, and care plans within the health record to accurately reflect the condition of the patient and promote patient care. In addition, documentation should reflect documentation associated with case mix index, severity of illness, risk of mortality, physician profiling, hospital profiling and reimbursement rules.

Description:

Provides care to the residents by supervising, cueing, and assisting with all activities of daily living. Participates in appropriate performance improvement and CQI activities.

 
 

Rehabilitaion Services

Job Title: Physical Therapist

  • Current PT license from the Washington State Board of Examiners.

  • Current CPR and HIV/AIDS certification.

Description: 
Responsible for providing assessment and treatment programs designed to return patients to their optimum functional level, in coordination with other team members in a Rehab Center setting. Performs individualized evaluation and ongoing assessment related to the patient's condition, addressing special needs and behaviors.  Develops treatment goals, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, that are time specific and result in discharge of the patient to his home environment attaining the highest level of function possible.

Description: 
 Provides patient care through assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to meet patient needs.  Participated in hospital programs which promote health and well-being and employee safety.  Participates in appropriate performance improvement and CQI activities.

Description: 

Our healthcare and rehabilitation department is interested in hiring a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The COTA will be responsible for implementing programs developed by the Occupational Therapist in compliance with all the local, state and federal regulations. The successful candidate will also collaborate with facility staff to enhance the physical, mental and social well-being for patients.  Job Title: Laboratory Tech

Qualifications: 

  • MLT with an associates degree in related health sciences, and certified with a national recognized agency.

  • Eligible for Washington State Department of Medical Assistant Phlebotomist certification.

  • Recent experience in: blood banking; microbiology; blood gas analysis with experience in arterial puncture; hematology and automated chemistry.

  • Current CPR certificate.

  • HIV/AIDS training certificate.

 Description:
Serves patients by providing medically reliable high-quality laboratory diagnostic services expeditiously delivered to practitioners.  Provides information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests.  Provides insightful analysis.

Cleans all areas of Extended Care and Hospital facilities in a professional manner, reflecting the highest integrity of the housekeeping department in providing a safe and clean environment for patients, residents and co-workers.

 

 

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Position Information: 1 FT M-F 1/5 night and WE call

Qualifications:

  • Not less than three (3) years experience and /or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in the following: General Construction, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Blueprints, and painting.

  • Not Less than three (3) years experience maintenance in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Must have a Washington State Driver's license

 

Description:

To assist in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of hospital facilities in good repair. Electrical and plumbing work, mechanical and bio-mechanical repairs, construction, and other duties relating to facility and equipment maintenance are the primary duties.

 

 

Job Title: Laundry Aide

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in laundry facility in healthcare environment preferred

Description:

The laundry aide is responsible for the processing, distribution, and storage of washable linen, garments, and other items. Performs basic laundry tasks, which include washing, folding, mending, inspection, and fabrication of specialty items.

 

Information Systems

Job Title: Information Systems Tech

Qualifications: 

  • A+ and Network + of certification within 90 days of hire

  • One (1) year of experience working with personal, distributed and/or mainframe computers

  • must possess working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.

  • Must have one to two years experience directly related, or similar experience in healthcare setting.

  • Must have one to two years experience as a customer service representative in Help Desk service environment.

  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records Systems a plus.

Description:

Under the guidance of the Information Systems Manager, the IS Tech ensures the cost effective maintenance and repairs of systems and computer operation hardware to meet the needs of the organization. IS tech participates in planning organizational growth and coordinating strategic plans with the development of information systems; participates in organization wide direction in areas of policies and planning for information systems and related functions. (communication, office systems, interdepartmental and facilities connectivity, ect)
