Rehabilitaion Services

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Position Information: 1 Full Time

Qualifications: 

  • Current PT license from the Washington State Board of Examiners. 
  • Current CPR and HIV/AIDS certification.

Description: 
Responsible for providing assessment and treatment programs designed to return patients to their optimum functional level, in coordination with other team members in a Rehab Center setting. Performs individualized evaluation and ongoing assessment related to the patient's condition, addressing special needs and behaviors.  Develops treatment goals, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, that are time specific and result in discharge of the patient to his home environment attaining the highest level of function possible. 

Job Title: Speech Therapist

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of accredited speech therapy program.
  • Current licensure from the Washington State Board of Examiners.

Description: 
Serves visitors and patients by welcoming and greeting them.  Provides patient care through assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to meet patient needs.  

Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of accredited/AOTA approved occupational therapy program;
  • Current licensure from State of Washington;
  • Current CPR certification. 

Description: 
 Provides patient care through assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to meet patient needs.  Participated in hospital programs which promote health and well-being and employee safety.  Participates in appropriate performance improvement and CQI activities.

Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of accredited COTA program
  • Current licensure from State of Washington
  • Knowledge of principles, methods and equipment used in Occupational Therapy body mechanics.


Description: 

Our healthcare and rehabilitation department is interested in hiring a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The COTA will be responsible for implementing programs developed by the Occupational Therapist in compliance with all the local, state and federal regulations. The successful candidate will also collaborate with facility staff to enhance the physical, mental and social well-being for patients.  Job Title: Laboratory Tech

Qualifications: 

  • MLT with an associates degree in related health sciences, and certified with a national recognized agency. 
  • Eligible for Washington State Department of Medical Assistant Phlebotomist certification. 
  • Recent experience in: blood banking; microbiology; blood gas analysis with experience in arterial puncture; hematology and automated chemistry. 
  • Current CPR certificate. 
  • HIV/AIDS training certificate.

 Description:
Serves patients by providing medically reliable high-quality laboratory diagnostic services expeditiously delivered to practitioners.  Provides information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests.  Provides insightful analysis.

Job Title: Central Supply Clerk

Qualifications:   

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles
  • Previous experience with an automated materials management system preferred

Description:

Responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and distribution of all the supplies required to operate and maintain all areas of patient care in the hospital, nursing home and out patient clinics. Participates in appropriate performance improvement and CQI activities.

Job Title: Patient Registration Clerk

Qualifications:   

  • Previous multi-phone line training and/or experience
  • Basic computer knowledge, training and/or experience
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience/training knowledge of the CPSI software programs preferred

Description:

Responsible for the smooth operation of the patient process including telephone and reception duties in the hospital lobby and patient registration area.

 

Information Systems

Job Title: IS Tech

Qualifications:   

  •  A +, and Network + Certification
  • One (1) year of experience working with personal computers and servers
  •  Must possess working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.
  • Must have one to two years experience directly related, or to similar experience in healthcare setting
  • Must have one to two years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Help Desk service environment.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records Systems a plus
  • Microsoft Certification desirable.

 Description: 
Under the guidance of the Information Systems Manager, the IS Tech I ensures the cost-effective maintenance and repairs of systems and computer operation hardware to meet needs of the organization. IT Tech participates in planning organizational growth and coordinating strategic plans with the development of information systems; participates in organization-wide direction in areas of policies and planning for information systems and related functions (communication, office systems, interdepartmental and facilities connectivity, etc.)
