Nursing

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; currently licensed in Washington State as an RN.

Description: 
Renders general nursing care to patients in the Outpatient Infusion & Wound Clinic.   Functions as a key support position to assist the provider in the delivery of hospital services.   Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Description: 
Responsible for providing assessment and treatment programs designed to return patients to their optimum functional level, in coordination with other team members in a Rehab Center setting. Performs individualized evaluation and ongoing assessment related to the patient's condition, addressing special needs and behaviors.  Develops treatment goals, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, that are time specific and result in discharge of the patient to his home environment attaining the highest level of function possible.

 Description:
Serves patients by providing medically reliable high-quality laboratory diagnostic services expeditiously delivered to practitioners.  Provides information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests.  Provides insightful analysis.

 Job Title: Radiology Tech

Qualifications: 

  • Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or registry eligible.

  • Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology;

 Description:
Coordinates and performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.

Community Outreach Liaison is accountable for representing NVHD in the community in a variety of avenues such as partnerships, media, marketing, outreach programs, and social media.   Participates in managing and promoting the reputation and brand of the NVHD.


Job Title: Credentialing Specialist

Qualifications:   

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in healthcare office duties preferred
  • Effective speaking, communication, professionalism and excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in credentialing for insurance and physician privileges preferred
  • Accurate typing skills with ability to type 70 WPM preferred.

 

 Description: 
Responsibilities encompass those duties involved in the professional credentialing of privileges and insurance.  Schedules meetings and call schedules as well as reporting functions.

The Care Coordinator will partner and collaborate with patients, caregivers, providers, community services, third party organizations, and other healthcare entities to improve the continuity of care and outcomes

Information Systems

Job Title: IS Tech

Qualifications:   

  •  A +, and Network + Certification
  • One (1) year of experience working with personal computers and servers
  •  Must possess working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.
  • Must have one to two years experience directly related, or to similar experience in healthcare setting
  • Must have one to two years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Help Desk service environment.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records Systems a plus
  • Microsoft Certification desirable.

 Description: 
Under the guidance of the Information Systems Manager, the IS Tech I ensures the cost-effective maintenance and repairs of systems and computer operation hardware to meet needs of the organization. IT Tech participates in planning organizational growth and coordinating strategic plans with the development of information systems; participates in organization-wide direction in areas of policies and planning for information systems and related functions (communication, office systems, interdepartmental and facilities connectivity, etc.)

Job Title: Laundry Aide

Description: 
The Laundry Aide is responsible for the processing, distribution, and storage of washable linen, garments, and other items.  Performs basic laundry tasks, which include washing, folding, mending, inspection, and fabrication of specialty items. 


Job Title: Sous Chef

 Description: 
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef/Food Services Leader, the sous chef will prepare meals for the Hospital patients, Extended Care Resident, as well as food for the Drip Line. Staff and visitors will participate in performance improvement and CQI activities.

Under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager, the Cook will prepare, season and cook food for Hospital patients, Assisted Living and Extended Care residents, staff and visitors and will participate in performance improvement and CQI activities.
