Nursing

Job Title: ARNP

Qualifications:  

  • Licensed ARNP in the State of Washington;
  • Certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center; and/or ACFNP
  • At least two (2) years experience as an ARNP.
  • Current BLS Certification

Description:
Provides clinical services within the scope of practice of a Family Nurse Practitioner, under the direction of the Clinic Medical Director. Participates in performance improvement activities and collaborates with physician on patient care when indicated.  Arranges and coordinates referrals and consultations and prescribes and dispenses required medications in the appropriate fashion.

Job Title: OB/AC RN

Qualifications:  

  • Two years of OB experience are required.

Job Title:  ER RN

Description:

Job Title: NAC (EC)

Rehab

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Description: 
Responsible for providing assessment and treatment programs designed to return patients to their optimum functional level, in coordination with other team members in a Rehab Center setting. Performs individualized evaluation and ongoing assessment related to the patient's condition, addressing special needs and behaviors.  Develops treatment goals, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, that are time specific and result in discharge of the patient to his home environment attaining the highest level of function possible. Works with the Rehab Director to develop the treatment plan and revises as necessary from the goals set by the interdisciplinary team in coordination with the physician, the patient and the family.

 Job Title: Laboratory Tech

 Description:
Serves patients by providing medically reliable high-quality laboratory diagnostic services expeditiously delivered to practitioners.  Provides information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests.  Provides insightful analysis.

 Job Title: Radiology Tech

  • Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or registry eligible.

  • Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology;

 Description:
Coordinates and performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Trainee

Job Title:  Clinical Document Improvement Specialist

Qualifications:   

  • Review and analysis of health records to identify relevant diagnoses
  • Able to collaborate extensively with physicians, nurses, other care givers, and medical records coding staff to improve quality and completeness of documentation of care provided and coded.  Queries physicians to clarify ambiguous, conflicting, or incomplete documentation.

 Description: 
The Clinical Documentation Specialist reviews and analyzes health records to identify relevant diagnoses and procedures for distinct patient encounters.  The CDI Specialist will identify potential DRG (diagnosis related groups) assignment based on documentation and clinical indicators to improve the quality of documentation ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations.  


Job Title:  Credentialing Specialist

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in healthcare office duties preferred

 Description:

Job Title:  Medical Coding Specialist

  • Knowledge and experience in diagnoses/procedures in accordance with ICD-10-CM and CPT coding principles for Critical Access Hospitals

 Description: 
Accountable for conversion of diagnoses and treatment procedures into ICD-9 or ICD 10 and CPT codes.   Skilled in the sequencing of diagnoses/procedures to optimize reimbursement.  Ensures that records are coded in an accurate and timely manner. Abstracts information from the record on each patient visit, and enters into the computerized medical record database.  Ensures accuracy and integrity of medical record abstract data prior to billing interface.  Participates in appropriate performance improvement and CQI activities.

 Description: 
Under the guidance of the Information Systems Manager, the IS Tech I ensures the cost-effective maintenance and repairs of systems and computer operation hardware to meet needs of the organization. IT Tech participates in planning organizational growth and coordinating strategic plans with the development of information systems; participates in organization-wide direction in areas of policies and planning for information systems and related functions (communication, office systems, interdepartmental and facilities connectivity, etc.)

Job Title: Private Pay Biller

Hospitality

Job Title: Housekeeping Aide

Description: 
Under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager, the Barista prepares a variety of drinks including but not limited to coffee, tea, Italian sodas, etc.  Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities. The Coffee Shop is responsible for preparing drinks including coffee, tea and Italian sodas.   The shop also provides soups, salads and other lunch and snack items for employees and visitors daily.
