Nursing


Job Title:  Medical Assistant

Qualifications:   

  • Current state certification as a medical healthcare assistant 
  • Phlebotomy and radiographic experience
  • Minimum of four years experience in a healthcare environment
  • Current BLS Certification
     

 Description: 
Functions as a key support position to assist the provider(s) in the delivery of clinic services. Establishes and maintains a highly positive relationship with co-workers, patients, families and the community.

Job Title: OB/AC RN
Open Period Ends: Until Filled

Position Information:  3 FT **

Qualifications:  

  • Two years of OB experience are required.

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing: BSN or commensurate experience preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • Three to Five years of recent OB experience, including one year or more of supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Certification in BLS, NRP and recent fetal monitoring training and experience.

Description:
Provides care to patients in Obstetrics environment within Critical Access Hospital.   Functions as key support position to assist the provider(s) in the delivery of hospital services.  

Job Title: Acute Care Manager

Qualifications:  

•    BSN Preferred with commitment to obtain within 2 years of position acceptance
•    Currently licensed in Washington State as a Registered Nurse;
•    Current CPR Certification; ACLS or equivalent training, PALS, TNCC, NRP, STABLE, EFM, NIMS 100 and 200.
•    Current HIV Certification

Description:
Responsible for directing, organizing and supervision the work of their nursing staff, which typically includes registered nurses (RN’s), licensed practical nurses (LPN’s), certified nursing assistants (CNA’s) and hospital unit secretaries (HUS’s).  They also coordinate nursing efforts to ensure that effective patient care is being provided and that quality standards are met.  A nurse manager is considered a middle manager, and generally reports to a nursing administrator.  


Job Title:  CQI RN Coordinator

Qualifications: 

  • Five (5) years experience in healthcare;

Description: 
Responsible for all Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Risk Management (RM) activities for the organization; provides insightful analysis and leadership to all levels of management.  Participates in performance improvement plans related to quality.   

Job Title:  ER/ AC  RN

Qualifications: 

  • Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant Course.

Rehab

Description: 
Responsible for providing assessment and treatment programs designed to return patients to their optimum functional level, in coordination with other team members in a Rehab Center setting. Performs individualized evaluation and ongoing assessment related to the patient's condition, addressing special needs and behaviors.  Develops treatment goals, in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team, that are time specific and result in discharge of the patient to his home environment attaining the highest level of function possible. Works with the Rehab Director to develop the treatment plan and revises as necessary from the goals set by the interdisciplinary team in coordination with the physician, the patient and the family.

 Job Title: Laboratory Tech

  • MLT with an associates degree in related health sciences, and certified with a national recognized agency. 
  • Eligible for Washington State Department of Medical Assistant Phlebotomist certification. 
  • Recent experience in: blood banking; microbiology; blood gas analysis with experience in arterial puncture; hematology and automated chemistry. 
  • Current CPR certificate. 
  • HIV/AIDS training certificate.

 Description:
Serves patients by providing medically reliable high-quality laboratory diagnostic services expeditiously delivered to practitioners.  Provides information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests.  Provides insightful analysis.

 Job Title: Radiology Tech

Qualifications: 

  • Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or registry eligible.
  • Certified by the State of Washington to practice and administer radiation.
  •  Current BCLS certification
  • Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology;
  • Possesses a high level of knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy..

 Description:
Coordinates and performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.


Surgery

Job Title: Circulating RN

Description:

 Description: 
The HR Clerk position consists of general office work; copying, filing, faxing, answering phones, running errands and assisting with various projects in a healthcare environment, serving multiple departments, to completion with minimal supervision. Most duties are specific to the Human Resources departments and require working with confidential information and documentation. 


Information Systems

Job Title: IS Tech

Qualifications:   

  •  A +, and Network + Certification
  • One (1) year of experience working with personal computers and servers
  •  Must possess working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment.
  • Must have one to two years experience directly related, or to similar experience in healthcare setting
  • Must have one to two years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Help Desk service environment.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records Systems a plus
  • Microsoft Certification desirable.

 Description: 
Under the guidance of the Information Systems Manager, the IS Tech I ensures the cost-effective maintenance and repairs of systems and computer operation hardware to meet needs of the organization. IT Tech participates in planning organizational growth and coordinating strategic plans with the development of information systems; participates in organization-wide direction in areas of policies and planning for information systems and related functions (communication, office systems, interdepartmental and facilities connectivity, etc.)


Hospitality

Job Title: Dietary Cook

 Description: 
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef/Food Services Leader, the cook/aid will prepare meals for the Hospital patients, Extended Care Resident, as well as food for the Drip Line. Staff and visitors will participate in performance improvement and CQI activities.
