Job Title: Chief financial officer

Position Information:  Full time

Salary range: $110,703.00 - $165,709.00

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in healthcare finance.

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and accounting principles.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: REGISTERED NURSE

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

  • Currently licensed in Washington State as a Registered Nurse

  • Excellent customer service skills, effective speaking, communication, and professionalism required

DESCRIPTION:

Performs nursing care to patients in the Hospital Acute Care, ER, and Swing Bed Departments. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing excellent nursing care for Patients and supervises the direct care given by certified nursing assistants.  The Registered Nurse is responsible for the implementation of current standards of nursing care and for directing and following North Valley Hospital policies and North Valley Hospital District Service Culture policy. The RN is also responsible for interpreting policy to the employees, patients, families, physicians, and various interested persons.   Establishes and maintains a highly positive relationship with co-workers, patients, families, and the community. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, physical, or occupational therapy

  • Currently licensed to practice in the state of Washington

  • Current CPR certification

  • Completion of a wound care certification or equivalent experience

  • Wound certification course may be completed within 2 years of hire

  DESCRIPTION:

Renders wound care to patients in the outpatient clinic, Hospital, and Extended Care.  Functions as a key support position to assist in the delivery of wound care.  Establishes and maintains a positive relationship with co-workers, patients, families and the community.  The RN is responsible for implementation of current standards of nursing care and for interpreting policy to the employees, patients, families, physicians and various interested persons.  Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.

Position Information: 1 full-time, 1 part-time, M-S + Call

Salary range: $24.95/HR to $40.49/HR

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • MLT with an associates degree in related health sciences and certified with a nationally recognized agency (ASCP) or CLS by the National Certification Agency for Medical Laboratory Personnel or Medical Technologist Certified with a nationally recognized agency (example ASCP)

  • Current CPR certificate

  • Current Washington State Department of Health MAP Phlebotomy License.

  • Recent experience in: blood banking; microbiology; blood gas analysis, with experience in arterial puncture; hematology, and automated chemistry.

  • Excellent customer service skills, effective speaking, communication, and professionalism required


DESCRIPTION:  Responsible for delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers while providing medically reliable, high-quality laboratory diagnostic services expeditiously delivered to practitioners. Provides information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests. Provides insightful analysis. JOB TITLE: CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (COTA)

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Associate's degree from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.

  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

  • Washington State licensure as an occupational therapy assistant.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    DESCRIPTION: 

    The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is responsible for assisting in the practice of occupational therapy under the supervision or with the regular consultation of an occupational therapist (OT), including completing activities assessment and care plan implementation. The COTA collaborates with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and implement activities programs across North Valley Hospital District and Extended Care.

    May assist with OT outpatient caseload. 


JOB TITLE: REHABILITATION SERVICES CLERK

POSITION INFORMATION: 1 FULL-TIME

Salary range: $17.77/HR to $29.16/HR

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Previous clerical experience in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Excellent typing and computer skills

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times

DESCRIPTION: 

Responsible for greeting and signing in patients coming for outpatient services, scheduling appointments, creating patient charts, verifying insurance coverage and other tasks as assigned by the Clerical Supervisor or Director of Allied Health to keep the department and patient flow running smoothly.  Clerical work falls within four categories:  referral coordination, insurance specialist, patient registration, and scheduling.  The clerk is responsible for learning each of the categories of clerical activity.
