This year Stacy (HR), John (CEO). Justin (Radiology), and Kristy (CNO) have volunteered to be a part of the BCA fundraiser! Who would you like to see wear an all pink outfit for a day?? Your $$ is your vote! The outfit will be chosen by the radiology team. The fundraiser will run until noon on 10/29/26. The jar (located in admitting) with the most money will be the winner (or loser, depending on how you want to look at it).

Employee Flu Vaccination Binder
Consent and declination forms
CDC Vaccine Information Statements (VIS)
**We’ve only received a portion of our flu inventory. Currently the vaccine availability is limited to the 70 doses we have on hand. Once the remainder of the supply arrives, an Employee Influenza Vaccine Clinic Day will be announced.
