UKG Break Attestation Changes & Change Requests
Missed meals & rest breaks MUST be reported by submitting a change request.
When completing your Break Attestation, you’re now required to choose one of three options: Staffing; Scheduling; or Patient Surge. Incomplete Attestations will route to your UKG To-Do items for follow-up.
